AIR-IZONA COMFORT CLUB PLANS

This Maintenance Agreement is valid for a 12-month term beginning on the date of enrollment and will automatically renew unless canceled in writing at least 30 days prior to renewal.

Payment is due as agreed either monthly or annually.

Missed or declined payments may result in immediate suspension of plan benefits until the account is current. All services and discounts apply only while the plan is active and in good standing.

If the customer terminates the agreement before the end of the 12-month term Any discounts, repairs, or tune-up services previously provided under the plan will be charged at the regular, non-discounted rate, and the difference will be due immediately. No refunds will be issued for unused portions of the plan.
Air-izona Comfort Solutions reserves the right to recover any promotional or service costs associated with early cancellation.

This agreement is non-transferable to another property or individual.
The agreement is non-refundable, except in cases where Air-izona Comfort Solutions cannot fulfill the scheduled services.

Customers are responsible for scheduling maintenance visits during normal business hours. Access to the equipment area must be provided at the time of the visit. Missed or rescheduled appointments with less than 24-hour notice may incur a service fee. 

This agreement covers only the maintenance services listed in your chosen plan. It does not include system replacements, major repairs, refrigerant, or parts not specified in the plan. 

 Air-izona Comfort Solutions reserves the right to modify, renew, or terminate maintenance plans and pricing at any time, with notice provided prior to renewal. 

 By enrolling, the customer acknowledges understanding and acceptance of these terms and agrees to maintain active status throughout the term to receive all benefits.
